This Website does not collect any information about the logged in user, either directly/indirectly from the user, or from any other Websites or 3rd Parties.
Login Credentials are generated for Tanzeem Members directly in our backend database by our Admin Team. If you believe you should have access to this site, please contact your Mohalla Secretary.

Cookies
This Website uses Cookies that enable you to avoid having to Log-In during every visit. You can disable this behavior by not checking the "Remember Me" option on the Log-In page.
Cookies are used to maintain Session State, as you navigate across pages on this Website. If you turn off accepting all Cookies from this Website, many pages in this Website will not function propertly. These Session State Cookies are temporary and disappear after you close your browser.

Log Files
This Website logs the Username (the ITS number) of the user logging in, and the time of Log-In. This Website also logs the Pages visited, and the timestamps. Data such as POST Form Fields, or GET Query Parameters, are not logged.

Google Account - Contacts
Musaeds have the option (under "Account/Google Account") of providing their Gmail address, and providing MTDXB permissions to access their Contacts. MTDXB will use this permission only to add / update / remove contacts in the Musaed's Gmail account, corresponding to Mumineen who are tagged to that Musaed. MTDXB creates such contacts with their FirstName starting with "[MTDXB]", and will only modify / delete contacts where the name starts with "[MTDXB]".
MTDXB will not attempt to read any other contacts, nor update / delete any other contacts.
The list of "[MTDXB]" contacts will be updated whenever the Mumineen assigned to the Musaed changes. When that happens, new contacts will be created for the new Mumineen assigned to that Musaed, and contacts will be deleted for Mumineen that are no longer assigned to that Musaed.
The "Account/Google Account" page also allows Musaeds to revoke this authorization (this involves MTDXB removing the Google OAuth2 token from the backend database). When that is done, MTDXB will no longer be able to manipulate the Google Contacts.

Google Account - Spreadsheets
Musaeds have the option (under "Account/Google Account") of providing their Gmail address, and providing MTDXB permissions to access their Spreadsheets in Google Drive. MTDXB will use this permission only to add / update / remove spreadsheets in the Musaed's Gmail account, that deal with spreadsheets pertaining to Mohalla Tanzeem Activities.
MTDXB, on creating a spreadsheet for a specific Mohalla Tanzeem Project, will store the SpreadsheetID in our backend database. MTDXB will then only update / delete spreadsheets that it has itself created, based on the SpreadsheetIDs in the backend database.
MTDXB will not attempt to read or manipulate any other spreadsheets or files in the Musaed's Google Drive.
The data in the spreadsheets corresponds to Mumineen assigned to the Musaed. Thus, when the list of Mumineen assigned to the Musaed changes, MTDXB will update the spreadsheets it manages, with data corresponding to the latest set of assigned Mumineen.
The "Account/Google Account" page also allows Musaeds to revoke this authorization (this involves MTDXB removing the Google OAuth2 token from the backend database). When that is done, MTDXB will no longer be able to manipulate spreadsheets in the Musaed's Google Drive.
